Shipping & Returns 

U.K. Shipping Policy

 

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and posted. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class and are generally received 3 - 5 business days after they have been sent out.

Please note during busier periods such as Christmas the processing time and delivery timeframe may be extended by 2 extra business days.

Sadly we are not liable for any lost or missing orders once we dispatch them, Royal Mail take full liability of this. If in the unlikely event your order does go missing, we will work along side you and provide all the details you need to file a claim with Royal Mail for your missing order. These claims can only be made with Royal Mail 10 business days after dispatch. Please note Royal Mail only reimburse up to £20 for our standard postage and up to £50 for signed for deliveries, kindly keep this in mind when choosing a delivery method at checkout. If you would like further cover, please email us to arrange an alternative delivery method prior to checking out, including which items you would like to purchase.

European & International Shipping Policy
 

We now deliver to over 90% of countries worldwide! Please select your country at checkout from the drop down menu. Postage costs is based on a flat fee for up to 2kg, should your items weigh more than this, we will email you to discuss alternative options. You are responsible for all import and duty fee's that may need to be paid for the delivery of your items into your country. Please check your countries importing rules prior to purchasing to avoid any surprise additional costs. Delivery time frames expected for Europe is 10-15 business days and International is 10-20 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your item(s) for a refund up to 14 days after the date you have received them.

 

The item(s) must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and the packaging they were sent in.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
You are responsible for the cost and proof of returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 workings days for refunds to be initiated after we have received your returned item(s).
All refunds will be issued back to the same PayPal account or banking details the order was made with.
Initial postage costs as well as the postage costs to return the item(s) to us will not be refunded.
If you received a free gift with your original purchase, this will also need to be returned.
 
All of our products are thoroughly checked and packaged to a high standard to allow them to arrive with you safely. If for any reason there is a problem with your order please get in touch immediately via email with an attached image of the item, your name and order number.
